Is there anyways i can get over my fear of going anything faster than a slow jog down a hill (even a tiny one). It is actually my worst fear and even the thought of it scares the s**t out of me :S My instructor keeps telling me to try a xc training day, but i'm scared to because i know that ther'll be a downhill jump in it. I didn't mind to much but, (this sounds the stupid part) i'm learning how to drive and somehow if i'm about to go downhill i get really nervous...which is really annoying me because they are completly differant!
So anyone have any tips on how to get over this fear? Thanks!
