Head Teacher of the school came down last week to look at the damage caused by pupil's to Bean's neck. We now KNOW it was pupils from CCTV, although have no idea which pupils
Bean is fine, but has been left with a scar from the glass which was used to cut him, purposely.
Following on from my previous posts about this, the head teacher was asked to come and assess what the pupils had done.
She was 20minutes late, she got out of her car stating that "she hoped this would not take long as she is a busy woman and quite frankly this is a drain of her time."
She was very rude, didn't understand the implications at all (despite apparently owning a horse) and was quite uninterested by the whole thing. She summed the yard owner up as a woman who is of privieged stance and can therefore afford the vets fees- more or less her exact words. We had YO's nephew with us who was quietly stewing in the corner, and just as the head teacher was about to leave, he introduced himself as a barrister, after whichshe quietly sh*t her pants.
The case is now going to court, we have quite a good case againbst the school by way of police statements, CCTV, and five of us in the company of the head teacher when she was so uninterested by the whole thing.
On a different note- why ANY children/teens/humans can gain pleasure or happiness from taking glass to a horse with the intention of causing that horse harm is completely incomprehensible to myself. I worry about what people like that will turn into and what kind of upbringing would ever make them into such sick kids.
