Scurfy skin cod liver oil?

Our 15yr old border collie has very dry Scurfy skin at the moment, I thought I would give her cod liver oil, or can any one suggest anything better to help her skin. Thanks

My border collie gets Yumega oil which contains omega 3 & 6. It is great for improving their coats and loads of us use it for showing purposes. If you google it you can work out who is currently selling it cheapest!!

Just a couple of tins of fish in oil a week would be better.

I give my dog sardines in oil with her complete food, she has a really good coat.

Thanks for the replies, she has a rather delicate tummy not sure she would take sardines, or tuna in oil, will look up yumega oil.
