I’m forever letting my reins slip through my fingers which drives me, and my horse quite batty.

I found a pair of Amerigo rubber jumping reins with notches every 6” which has not the fixed the issue entirely, but has certainly helped. These are quite short though and not very flexible, so great for jumping, but not dressage.

I’m searching for a pair of dressage reins that has a similar number of notches. Can anyone suggest any please?

I have mine made by Sabre, I have notches every 3 inches. Doesn't cost any extra (or didn't last time!) Just ask a saddler or bridle maker if you have one locally, otherwise I can recommend getting in touch with them as they are very helpful, I have them made totally bespoke with the stops added at my specified intervals and starting point.

Ooh lots of choices now. I’m not sure about getting custom ones made, I’d feel a bit too fancy!
As it turns out there are quite a few with lots of notches. Now I just have to decide between leather, web or rubber. Argh!
Laced might work too.

Bio grip hybrid rubber reins from Henry James, have them they are lovely, not too bulky but lots of notches, certainly helped when numpty got bit excited on beach and tried to get head between legs as we were galloping ! Think under £30 too!
