I've got 2 of the gel out ones. They are brilliant and also help prevent sore backs as they are squidgy I'm getting one for all my saddles as I can afford them.
I have a gel pad under saddle which is brilliant, this looks like a good idea.
I predict one day in the future when we are all riding in silver spandex spacesuits that they'll just make saddles and all other tack out of magical sticky gel!
Wow, great that it stopped what i sure would have been a nasty accident!I bought one of these a few years ago, the best thing i have ever bought! saved me from going head first into a dry stone wall at full on 'rodeo mode' as well as countless other times. Fantastic piece of kit. They dont literally prevent you from ever falling off, but you sure wont slip off with one on! Reckon only way to fall off is when the horse launches you into orbit!![]()
rofl!!! no idea.. but i had to say chuff chafe out loudSounds a fantastic invention and i`m loving your song LMAO !!!
Does anyone know if the gel seat stops chuff chafe ? ? ?
Do it!After hitting the deck when riding an ex racer a couple of months back (who also spooked in the school and tanked off with me) I'm seriously considering getting one of these now!
Thats a good question, I dont know if bd has any rule on seat savers? Thanks for the recommendation, my horse has a very dangerous 180 degree spin in him and keeps throwing my sharer off at the moment, even though she is a very competent rider they are almost impossible to sit to, maybe this could help!
Silly question maybe, but are they dressage legal?
ahahha, I am feeling the same way now, pick up my saddle and its covered in attachments, just missing the heated seats buttonLike anything now, no point two clipper onner and no acavallo no me riding thanks!!!
OP, worst case scenario, if horse fell with you, could you be so stuck that you could be trapped in the saddle?
