Yes, very unfortunately not.
Last week it was suggested the vaccine would make transmission less likely (which I suppose is true in the grander scheme but not super helpful at the moment). Now that I've vaccinated, I've seen several sources this week claim the vaccine makes them more susceptible to the neurological form in the first 6-8 weeks after vaccination! So fingers crossed for sure, thank you. Pictures forthcoming
