Hi All
I have decided to take a permenant job in New York starting 1 December following a 4 month secondment there. Sadly I bought a new comp horse in June last year and need him sold - fast.
The issue is I dont really know him (he arrived the day before I was seconded) and he has missed the whole 2009 season as I've been away so I don't think I can sell him to the best of his abilities.
Can I have your opinions on whether the dealer route is an option? I appreciate I will be taking a hit on him and I am fully prepared to absorb a thumping loss and accordingly I could do without the advertising costs etc as well.
I just feel a bit wibbly about dealers but I am not sure what other options I have at this stage.
