Sheepskin

Fly's grazing muzzle rubs her face so I want to put some sheepskin round the offending bits........where can I pick up some sheepskin that I can cut up and make little covers with?

Dunno, but I had the same problem and picked up some really cheap french blinkers off Ebay - let someone else do the sewing, I say!

I got a "headcollar kit" from derby house - you get loads of strips of sheepskin at different lengths with velcro to stick it on with. So far its working really well - Jenny has virtually no rubs at all and I can take the bits off and wash them when they get really minging.

For cheap sheepskin, buy an sheepskin coat from a charity shop.

You can get sheepskin rugs for about £30.00 from B&Q, well I did a couple of years ago, give em a try, you could use spray glue to fit Velcro strips, B&Q sell Velcro on a roll as well as spray glue.
