Aww I didn’t expect such a large and lovely response from you all, have tried to answer most questions below, sorry if I missed you out. Lots more updates to come!

She's beautiful!! What are your plans with her?

To be honest not a lot for a few years, maybe some low key showing outings whilst she’s a baby. She was a late foal (September) so probably won’t be backed until late in her 4th/5th year. I’m not inclined towards any particular discipline so will see what she enjoys. Ideally I’d like her to have a natural flair for dressage but who knows, a nice low level but talented all rounder would suit me just fine!

Very nice filly, like your other horse too.

Thanks, he is incredibly special to me. He’s a bit jealous but playing nice enough so far ?

Oh she's lovely!

That mix of breeds could make for a very intelligent little horse.

I’m hoping so, and I’m just hoping to get her on side with that intelligence...

So beautiful! I know someone who has a WelshXArab who is amazing- I think the addition of Lusitano sounds like it could make a very special horse!

It’s an interesting mix and certainly not one I went looking for specifically but I think the breeds could compliment each other well, time will tell. I had a WelshXArab as a loan pony when I was younger and he certainly taught me a lot.

Gorgeous girl!
What colour do you think she will end up?
She has lovely big ears :)

I keep joking she looks like a cross between a mule and a yak at the moment between her ears and fluffy foal coat. She is buckskin, what shade she’ll end up is up for debate.

Very nice! How big do you expect her to mature to?
.

Well. Your guess is as good as mine. Her sire is 14.1 and her dam 16.3! However her full sister looks set to make 16hh easily and she’s bigger than her at this age so I’m hoping for around the 16hh mark, possibly bigger. Will do the string test soon to see. As long as she’s over 15hh that’s fine with me.

She's lovely, what are your eventual plans for her.

As above, just wait and see what she excels at and just make her a nice person in the meantime.

Beautiful animal, and also, what amazing big stables you have! I've always loved the name Fantasma after I read it many years (decades!) ago in a Jilly Cooper novel.

We are very lucky to have huge 20ft x 20ft stables, that picture only shows about a quarter of hers. I will have to look that up and have a read.
