I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice and support over the last week. Annie was pts this morning. After so much conflicting advice I decided to go with my vets opinion which was euthanasia. Like a lot of people mentioned, he feels the new injection has made a big difference and its made him change from his original preference of the gun.

It was very quick and calm, and I know I've made the right decision now it's done. but the support I've had on here made the run up to it much easier.

Thankyou everyone

My beautiful girl

So sorry for you and your loss.
Remember the good times!
And take it as a blessing that she was with someone who loved and cared for her as much as you do.
RIP lovely girl

We are all only a hairs breadth away from where you are now.I know that nothing can fill the Annie shaped hole in your heart. But I promise you, another horse will come along looking for someone like you.He wont make you ever forget Annie, but he will help you remember all the good times.

RIP Annie x
((hugs)) to you.
Many know how you feel. It will get better and you will remember the good times x She was lucky to be loved enough for you to make a good decision for her.

Absolute tons of hugs and understanding for you, for Annie I have no doubt she is now galloping free over the bridge.

You made the right decision so that she never suffered, always remember that, time will make it easier x
