Shires Huntingdon Tweed jacket

Has anyone got one of these? Whats the difference between the green and check and green herringbone and which is nicer??

Its for a skewbald non-native Riding Horse type for our show classes....

I have one, mine is green check I think. It's quite dark green with a gold overcheck, whereas the green herringbone is a lighter green tweed

I have the herringbone one.....bit paler, with a blue and gold overcheck. Very smart. They seem to come up a bit large on the sizings though.

My daughter has the green check and it is a very nice jacket - but I too found it came up on the large size.

Not sure he was there when I bought mine and I've seen those ones and not 100% they're the same jacket... I'm happy with what I gots anyway

I would wear a cream/gold shirt and a blue or burgundy tie...

But thats just me...I have been known to agonise over stuff like this.

I agree with poppymoo - I have a cream shirt and burgundy tie with gold horseshoes on....(horse has a burgundy/gold browband - she is a riding horse type).

Coloured cob - black and white. Has a hogged mane but have to plait his tail as not brave enought to pull it.

Got mine from ebay £30 inc P & P not worn as wrong size bought.

Off to buy cream shirt and raid OH tie rack!
