Shotguns

Might of known it would come down to how much money one has, too expensive to silence a chav machine, might take an ickle lickle bit out of the chav machine companys profits, meanwhile we can all live with the noise, still uneccesary noise pollution in my veiw.

My pastime means my animal is well looked after and cared for, plus it actually enjoys going out, it isn't chased for miles scared shitless then ripped to bits or shot to bits, big difference.

Gun twat, twat gun, pity Tommy Cooper isn't around anymore.

Clearly you're only reading what you want to read. I guessed money would be an issue. two out of three reasons, had nothing to do with money and were far more significant...yet you only focused on the one.

You said "if you dont like animals and horse poo dont live in the country"...Likewise, if you dislike shotguns, stay out the countryside. Guns, shooting and hunting were there long before you.

There is a code of conduct for shooters and I will happily send you a copy if you contact me.

They should have let you pass and get well away before commencing shooting again and I would make contact with the firearms officer at your local police station.

The police take this issue very seriously and will have a chat with the organiser of the shoot about their behaviour.

They could have caused your horses to bolt which could not only have injured your horses and yourselves but other members of the public or road users if the horses had got on to the roads.

Haha your post was spot on. Oh, and don't worry about Pedantic, they're always being pedantic. Let him/her waffle on, I find it quite entertaining.

Chav? So if you shoot it automatically makes you a chav?! What a load of crap.

People shooting and hunting have been here a lot longer than you so just bugger away off with your ridiculous whinging about noise pollution.

Policeman shot himself, says it all really, or did he try to top himself due to the stress of trying to arrest people with both hands tied behind his back.

Err, actually he had killed his wife. My friend met him when he came to the shooting ground she works at. Was a bit of a Bar Steward by all accounts...

Hunting in the old days was to get food for survival, no problem with that, killing for "fun" under the name of sport, guns twats, I rest my case.

Well the pheasant shoting season ends tomorrow!
You can actually stand on a footpath a shoot. The law states 25m from a highway.
I beat for a local estate & one of the drives the guns do stand on a bridleway. We put signs up & the local yards are sent the dates we are shooting.
Also when I was groom at a yard the owner had his own shoot on the estate. The guns use to shoot right behind the stables. The horses were not bothered in the slightest. I even ran in to them when riding & sat on horse close to the gun till the was a break in the drive & then nipped through.

Also all the birds shot on the shoot I go on are eaten so non are shot needless.
Also the guns are most polite yes some have millions but they are down to earth.
One of the beaters Granchild who was out with us a couple of weeks ago in the really wet & windy weather, poor lad (5yrs) was frozen. On the drive about to start one of the guns put him in his car with the engine running to get him & keep him warm.
