Should I feel guilty ?

I am feeling pretty guilty as this morning I overslept not sure why, getting over the flu so body may of needed it, mum fed horse at usual time I did yesterday's morning feed. However I didn't get up to ride and have a driving lesson now until about 3ish and it will start getting dark when we are home. Tessy is a shared horse between me and my sister who has become lazy after a fall and playing on the fall to get out of riding. Mum is walking sister and horse out on lead rope so she will be getting out. I cannot help but feel guilty though that I didn't ride ! I feel she is being wasted even though at the back of my mind she is more than happy stuffing her face in the padock!

Don't feel guilty, it's just one day. She really won't mind and neither should you!

If you'd overslept for a week then yeah... you should feel guilty! But it's one day, I very much doubt your horse is bothered tbh!

I know, she was ridden yesterday and was grumpy about beig taken from her pals and food so I don't think she will be overly bothered, I'm over thinking it thanks for the reassurance
