Hi, I have a 5yo warmblood x irish bay gelding by carnival drum. He stands at about 16.3 at the moment, pushing 17 hands and is still growing! He has good conformation and with correct feeding and schooling etc im told hed make a very good show horse. Although i do enjoy a bit of showing ive never done it to a high sstandard and was wonderin the rules/ judges opinions or views on him as he has a white stocking finishing just above the knee on his off fore. He also has white socks on both near side legs and plain black on the off hind. Would this affect his placing? He would be aimed for hunter, working hunter. Im told if he goes perfectly and has perfect manners etc this should not affect him but im wondering if theres any showing experts that could help me out? Thanks, Lou x
