silly nicknames/endearments for your horse

Silly post really but was thinking today about my boys nickname (beasy) it came about one day when he was being a prat and i was mumuring "be easy, be easy" over and over to calm him, the words sort of merged..hence Beasy!!
(he also gets called "stinks" and "oi you little git" a fair bit lol!)

Also my first pony ended up called Brush!! (shadow, shaz, baz, basil, basil brush, brush!!)

Got me thinking is it just me that has daft names?? What do you call yours?
 
Naomi (campbell) - If she's having a diva moment
Devil features - Do I need to explain?
Kermit - No idea why she gets called Kermit but I like it
Podgy - She's got a belly on her
And lots more.
 
Nope i certainly do it. Kaddy - kadsa - kads - grouchy git.
Clover - clo bo - clo - moo bag.
My old pony was called magic but i used to call her madgy bum.
I think they just slip out :)
one of ours is never called his real name anymore, he is known as 'pig' :)
 
Some friends came down to see him with me the other day and pointed out that I always call him "Little Man" when I'm talking to him, I hadn't even noticed I did it (he is a little man at 14.3). Nickname on the yard is Fatboy, because he was HUGE when I bought him. Another livery alway calls him Trigger-Happy (his name's Trigger).
 
Snowy - Ugly, fattie, spesh, idiot, snowbo, uggers... the list could go on for ages!
Kestrel doesnt really have any other than b*****d occasionally and fatso... Im so nice to my horses!!
 
Tnavas became Nat the Rat/Brat - he had a very warped sense of humouor

Serenity - Sarah means Princess - and she's my princess and a mummys girl. When naughty is Sarah Jane and she knows shes in trouble then.

Elusive - Lucy or Madam when naughty - she was a very opinionated young lady.

Serenade - Milo because he is the coloour of Milo drink powder.

Fantasia - Fanta - because she is a Ginga girl and the same colour as Fanta Orange drink also known as Roo as she has back legs like a kangaroo and jumps the gates when she feels like it.

Noble Deeds - Softy because he was the biggest wus in existance
 
Share Pony Duke is Dookie-do, Hairy, Beastie, Wally-chops and Plonker. The latter two usually when he's discovered the latest piece of hedgerow to be hiding monsters

Ebony - Ebby, Ebby lump, stross, monst (both from the word monsterous), fatty pork and Big Love (my fav one)
Fern - featherbred, thoroughs and Fernie
Heidi - Heidi pops and baby thoroughs
Rosie-Jo - the Jo pony
Bess - Silly filly or fiddley.

I love making up silly names for them. When they are had they are all 'you horror'

All my animals have silly names other than their real ones.
 
Stud name - ashow lowry
renamed - lady polgara
known as - babymare, baby , little chicken,little un. sweet pea, baby girl
lol and shes lives uo to them all :)
 
Snip gets called Brown Horse, brown beast, useless brown beast, snippersaurus, snipperdoo, tubby

Rhythm gets called baby grey, baby, goofy, goofy baby, grey horse
 
Breeze - Febreeze, Breeze Block, Witch, Cowbag :D YM Calls her Breezey Briches, has her nicknames for all of them :)

Sunny - Fat man, Munchkin, Get's called a git and a pig quite frequently :) And YO Calls him Sunny Bunny or Hunny Monster (He's a haflinger so actually looks like one:)) *As you can see by my sig! DUH, forget it's there!
 
Bella has quite a few!
Bellaroo, Bellalalala, Bellapone, Smellypone, Hairypone, Babybell or Irish mare - when she's being naughty :P She has loads more haha, responds to them all haha :P
 
My mare Breeze is called...Bee mainly, or Be be - can't stand the name Breeze - think it sounds really wet!

My old Boy Roman gets called...Romeo, Romes, Romie and Mate.
 
Lots - horses real name is bergie but he gets called Mr B, B, Berg, Burger, Burgermeister, Bergalicious, Fat boy, Fat boy slim and many others xx
 
All of mine, and my work horses have stupid names!

Jeff is also known as Jeffrey Pony (he is 17.2hh so not much of a pony!) And The Hocamaffe - if you ever saw him and sat on him when he was racing you would agree - HOrse x CAMel x girAFFE

My new one, Laurel get's called Mr L and Lourely

Flint is Mr F

Kyle is Smiley Kylie, Kylie Minogue or you horrible arrogant ****head!

Freebie turns in to Freebs, Freebleweeb, Weebleweeb, Weebs, Bronco Pony!

Gerry gets called Geriatric

The rest just get called things like - the chestnut mare, that black girl, the colt etc...
 
Mine get called a multitude of names, depending on what they are doing at the time.
The old boy gets Grandad, Smelly, Peanut, Dude and Sausage
The mare gets Baby, Tart, Slapper, and Slut - the latter three mainly when she is in season.......
