Silly Nicknames???

Please tell me im not the only one who calls my horse silly names that are not even close to his own?

Truman the horse aka Trubsey (fave at the mo!), Trubie doo, Trubey Wubey and beast???

Twiglet the cat aka Biberty Boo, Wiggle bum and Twiggle Wiggle???

Am I the only fruitloop, or are there others

Oh no I assure you that you are not alone.
Fella has numerous stupid nicknames. I go through phases of changing from one to the next. My current silly name for him is Felspoon.
As for my dog, he has over 20 names and nicknames he answers to, and I estimate I have probably called him 100+!
 
My horse, Jerry, is 'Jerry Sponge' 'Jelly Baby' ' Jerrylee' or 'sausage', ' monster', or ' jungle bunny'!!
 
One of my cats started life with the name Quentin, which is bad enough. Over the years he has become known as Quiggles or Quiggly Wiggly

Horse gets called 'pob', 'poppet' or Alfred

Ginger cat Charlie: 'Charlascroot', 'Scrootie', 'Scrootleboots' 'Ginge' and 'Boots'

Siamese Genghis: 'Genghis-scroid' 'Genghles' 'Scroidaboid' or The Beige One

Tortie cat: Hedges: 'Pestelencia' (makes a meal of scratching herself sending hair flying!), 'Small' Smallandannoying' and 'Creepula' (because she sneaks onto you one paw at a time)

Black & white cat Laalaa: 'Laalaamouse' 'Laalaapoon' 'Gummy' (all teeth removed last year)

I hope this qualifies me as a complete fruitloop too?

Whats with the word Wiggle? I seem to use it all the time in names! My cats other names is Wiggley Woo!!! Maybe its just easy to say

My dog is Leah, or Loo, or Boo, or Jellybean, or Horrible Hound when she steals things from the bin, or Fatty, or Big-ears. She'll respond to pretty much anything in the right tone of voice, so I'll just string a couple of random syllables together quite often.

Melody (ned) is Smellymelly, mels, mellymoo, belly etc!
Pippa (JRT) is licky licky - her 'thing' is licking to death!! - pippylicky, lickster......
Im Insane too!!!
 
Some people I used to work for (the owners of the two little beauties in my sig) had a mare called Meg and they used to call her Smeggy. I don't know if they were aware of the gross connotations or not, but it made me laugh!
 
Horses...
Cat (its a horse called cat! (Catwalk katie)) cat splat, splatty, splat sploo, kit cat.
Fred (drop dead fred) freddie bear, drop dead, fred bear, fled, pillock, donught, numpty head fred, the dog, frederick the pr**k (OH's favourite!).
Will (real name kizzy anyway which is a girls name!) wilberforce, will the wa****r, stoopid pony, grump, old git, willsy boy, wizz.
now the dogs...
Tilly (lurcher) lurch, t bag, tills, thief, tiggy, tiggywinkle, tigger
Flora (vizsla) dora, dors, dory, dorydoo, flors, dippy dora, flordy dordy.
Ellie (parson) smelly, belly, elsmell, noonoo, belboo, noodle, noodle doodle, bells.
Milo (parson) moomin, mileymoo, moomoo, moominpoo, mister moo, donught.

christ thats alot, and that was the few I could think of!

My horse, Dante - also known as Marshmellow (with an e) as my best friend came with me to view him, and he had no name. She told me to call him Marshmellow... it stuck xD But his actual name is Dante now... she also calls him Mello... I call him loads of stuff, Dant, Danny, Sweets, Marshy (haha) erm.... oh, sugar cube (he's bay? dont ask.. :P) Floofeh - even though he's not, Seabiscuit (he likes to think he is)... can't remember any more...

My pony, Dimples had zillions, but I cant remember many now... DW, Dimp the Wimp, Purple Ronnie, Snickers, Snicker-roo, D, Poneh, various others xP

Also knew a horse called Monty - known as Mong, and Felix known as Flealix... and a tiny appaloosa pony called Dollar who I nicknamed Mighty Mouse, haha!
 
Somewhere along the line my pony picked up the name of Dobstar??? no idea where it came from but there are songs and everything

horse doesn't have any (yet!)
cats on the other hand no longer respond to their names:
Jager = jagermins, minsky, boss eyes, spacky (and many variations that involve spastic, including may songs usually to the theme tune of spider pig/man)
maggie = piglet, ginger belly, fluffy, moomins and squish. now has the nickname supercat after 'flying' out the bedroom window, straight down infront of lounge window whilst i was watching telly last nite
 
Patrick is called : Pattercake, patrice, patsy, pattercake pattercake bakers man lol, hes a bit fat at mo so also gets called Porky or pork chop, or chops! lol
 
she was fine - thats the second time she's done it! actually quite funny seeing a brown blur hurtling past the window into a bush. once you know she's alright

Ha ha bless her. Twiggley Wiggley as a habit at the moment of somehow getting on the porch roof in the early hours and then meowing until i open the window and wait for her to come in!! Cats eh??

Willow is called Kitty and Bunny Boiler
