I joined this forum after reading the threads about single trailers. I am considering buying one as I sold my old trailer a year ago as I thought my pony would have to retire(big mistake!). I had a richardson rossette with no partions as pony hates these and wont travel with other horses. I passed my test yonks before 1997 so that isnt and issue.
I have a reasonably large diesal car (saab 93) which is legal to tow 1600, but I think going of its weight would be safer to tow about 1250 max. Pony ways 400 at his podgiest so I am considering the Ivor williams single as the new ones are v.low weight but only 30 cm narrower than their doubles.
Towing will be to dressage and show venues local to me and with hard standing.
Anyone any experiences of these trailiers?
