Today we lost our little dog George. He was nearly 14 and had emphasmea (sp?), due to the stress of his chest condition his heart finally gave out. He died peacefully in my husbands arms at lunchtime.
We lost his dad - George's - on Christmas day so we have gone from 4 dogs to 2 in just over a month.
RIP my little boy and wait with Barney and the ginger boys at the rainbow bridge for us. I miss you and love you so much.

So sorry to hear sad news about George, you must be so upset

RIP George and George's dad

We lost our cat Hermes in October aged 19.5 yrs and Barney was 15.5yrs old when he died at Christmas. The hardest part was telling the kids when they came home from school.
The only good thing is they all died peacefully at home.

I remember your other post. Sleep well George, was nice that your last sleep was in the nicest possible place. Warmest wishes to you and your family. x

So sorry to hear your sad news. Your post made me cry on the train to work! Very best wishes to you. I have 2 gorgeous staffs, the oldest one is 11 this year and I just can't imagine life without her as she means the world to me.
But I'm sure you know that George can now breathe easily again now he has passed over Rainbow Bridge and run free with his Dad again.
Will be thinking of you x

Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts. The house seems very quiet without George. The other two dogs seem to be coping well. We were not sure how his brother would be last night as they always slept together but he was fine.
Once again thank you all.
