Following on from my 'Mud' post, someone mentioned snuggy hoods so thought I'd take a look and saw they do heads only covers which could be the solution I'm after. But... I have also read numerous horror stories on here of hoods slipping, horses injuring themselves or panicing due to being blinded.
Have people had these bad experiences with Snuggy Hoods turnout products or are these more robust and safe?
I'm still not entirely sure I like the idea of covering her up completely (as 'humanising' I don't think I'd like to wear a balaclava all day).
But it would save the clods of mud which get caught up behind her ears which she hates me trying to remove.
Any reviews good or bad please?
