We are off to pony club camp next week and the boy is stopping at a local yard for the week. I am redicolusly(sp?) excited considering I'm not about 12 and havnt been for some time but it is our first oppertunity so we are going for it.
For those that remember my post about being worried about starting pc at 19, I am so so gald I did they are all fab and I'm glad I did a bit of research to find one that would suit us even if they were not the closest one.
We are dropping the boy of at his hotel for the week tomorrow evening so I'm hopeing he will settle, me worring for no reason I hope. He even gets the luxury of a stable after roughing it in a field for the last few months
Joking aside was hoping you lot could help me pack and make sure I dont forget any thing. Parents are not much help unfortunatly as they have very little to do with his every day care and know nothing about staying away, although they are very supportive and dad is going to fix my wheel barrow before we go. I will be coming home every night so no need to pack for me
Have read about taking feeds pre prepared so will get on that later but this is my list so far:
hay, hay nets, bedding, water bucket, feed bowl, fly spray sudocreme and the like, rain sheet, fleece and waffle just incase, grooming kit, bath stuff, stable bandages just incase, travel equipment (that will be on the pony so hopefully we cant forget that) and mucking out equipment.
Then for camp its self: tack, boots, body protector, hat and water container.
Thanks for reading any help much appreciated
