So how old is everybody here?

I'm 28 but still think I am about 10 years younger :o
My dad says although he is nearly 60 his mind still thinks he is 18 but his body let's him down bless him!!!

Shiny-ISH
Your not alone!! I haven't been out in about 6 months and that was only to the cinema :p honestly was getting ready to go and realized I couldn't find any clothes without horse snot/mud on them!!

Count me in too :) A good friend had a house party last week, I didn't go because I took the horse jumping instead. I spend so much time in jods and wellies I've lost the ability to coordinate outfits so I go for what ever has the least hay on it  I don't feel like a teenager at all!

I am 52 and 2 days :o
Mental age... umm not so sure. Someone gave me a book of frog stickers as a joke present and I have stuck one in OH's wallet  He is going to be so po faced when he sees it :D so mental age 5 I think

The young teenagers on the yard were all giggling and gossiping about boys in their classes at school on the yard today as I mucked out. There was much shock when one of them mentioned she was keen on a boy in the year below. She defended her stance by saying it was well within "the two year rule":confused:

At this point one of them looked at me and said, "I bet you've never heard so much gossip about boys before, have you?"

I replied, well, yes, actually, just not for quite a long time! :D:D

Because, believe it or not, there were boys when I was young too.:rolleyes:;)

Love it! I sent my daughter (she's 21) a picture via my phone of a badge on a girls bag in a changing room at swimming and it said BOYS R STUPID. It tickled me. She had been rowing with her BF and I thought it very apt - she texted to say 'why?' :D :D

so Rhino's NOT the eldest :D

Types TFF who is a little older than many & even a tad on Polarskye, tho not as old as some (Rhino!) :p :D

I have to say that I am a firm believer in the "life begins at 40" adage . . . I may not have as much disposable income as when I was young, free and single (and sans offspring), but I have my childhood wish (Kali), an established, long-standing relationship in OH (met him 22 years ago), almost grown up children and am much more self-assured (aka stroppy) than my younger self . . . and, yes, I am much more wrinkly.

I think we should start a "Senior Club" . . . I'll bet we'd be the naughtiest, irreverent bunch on here ;)

Old enough to remember the days when there were no mobile phones or computers and no bling bling or matchy matchy. :p
Old enough to realise that falling off hurts a lot more as I don't bounce like I did when I was younger!

Young enough to still be able to enjoy my horses even if I am crippled with pain for 2 days after riding.:o
