can be glossed over.. he did nothing wrong, but i guess a rather flat test, to score a 42, which i thought was a little harsh, but then i guess that's what you get for not trying (although he's been pretty consistant with scores in the early 30's up till now, maybe a harsh judge)..
SJing..
hmmm not sure what to say here.. we had 3 down
one was out and out my fault! but the other two with a bit of both of us.. i got crap strides into everything, but he wasn't exactly helping much! oh well, i know his SJing is not a problem, so am not worried too much by it!
XC
It was huge i felt for a PN (just ask CCJ
) he's been very green XC up till his last event at Charlton Park, when he thought he knew what he was doing.. well yesterday he really knew what he was doing!! He's suddenly developed a huge gallop stride, and although there were a couple of fences that i came back to trot for (as i don't have much brakes or steering) he flew round clear with only 1.2 time faults..
I see him being quite strong next season
and he thinks he's not far off doing a novice
Only trouble is, there was a woman there who thought she might like to buy him!
why do they have to be sold when they are going so well.
I was starting to make plans for him next season!
