A friend of mine is selling her horse and I think she may be overpricing it, especially in the current market, just wondered what you guys think.
16.3hh 5 year old Dutch Warmblood gelding. Very nice to do in stable, load, shoe etc, (will only be clipped with sedation tho), very nice temp.
Has done mostly BSJA, now in Newcomers but has only won about £150. All DCs for BN and Disco and has been placed in a few discos and one newcomers think he had a 6th. This was with our instructor riding him though, when a less experienced rider gets on him he can be very very strong! Started BSJA in Jan 07 when he wasnt even 4!
Also won a 4 year olds class last year, just the once (I say that because she thinks this makes him worth a lot more...? I dunno, you tell me!!)
Has done one BD comp and won the prelim but this was with a pro dressage rider, who is her other instructor!
Basically hasnt won much without a pro on his back.
Jumps XC jumps quite happily, hacks on on the road alone and in company no probs there. Very strong and forward going when jumping.
What do you think?
