What is the difference between these bits?

The Ultra WH has a central roller so have worked that one out!

Crazy isnt it that you can't use a slight port aka Myler MB04 but can use this bit with a wheel for dressage!

The Dynamic mouthpiece is curved, a bit like the JP bits; the normal KK ultra is pretty straight.

Is the Dynamic mouthpiece dressage legal?

I don't see why not, there is nothing in the rules about having a curved mouthpiece. I used a JP snaffle for a couple of years at BD comps, and it's basically the same idea but in different metal.

I ca't see why not either - its just that on the Saddlery Shop website it says "dressage legal" against the Sprenger Ultra Range and the WH Range but not the Dynamic.

well... I wouldn't take a tack shop's word for it anyway!

Perhaps they just forgot to add it? I would be very surprised if not dressage legal - you could always give BD a call to check if you are unsure.

Or check on the Sprenger website - I'm sure it tells you which bits are dressage legal on there.

It is dressage legal, it just counts as a lozenged snaffle
