Anyone got Springride shred as a surface??... If so is it as good and as maintenance free as they claim in to be??

Hi A,
Haven't got it but we are intending to have it put down shortly. Hannah Fennech at Ashleworth is our closest local person who has it down and she is more than happy for people to go and look at it - when we went we watched it being ridden on, had a close inspection of it and were offered to box the horses up to go and have a ride on it.
It is LOVELY to walk on, and nothing else we've looked at even comes close.
Hope that helps

A friend had this it's the larger flatter pieces I think and she had lots of trouble. In hot weather it clumped in the horses feet like snow. We had Springride chip put down and thus far have been very pleased, arena was built last September.

None at all and the manege is higher than the surrounding land. It's a bit deeper one end but that's because we need to spread the rubber a bit more now it's been used a while.
