I bought some for my lot from crufts...thats quite a lot of money....they dont like them :mad: :( :rolleyes: I blame you lot and your glowing endorsements of the bloomin things! :p :D

Whoops. I bought two a couple of weeks ago, Evie loves hers, but its not going to last as long as I hoped. She has had it for about a couple of hours a day, and not every day, and have had to take the remaining 3 inch piece off her today as I feel there is a risk of her swallowing it now. I probably won't get any more at £8.99 a go.:(

no, no odour at all.

hmmm this is what the website says to do...perhaps will have to try this;

In the very unlikely event that your dog isn't interested in chewing the Stagbar, try rubbing it with sandpaper or a nail file. If your dog still isn't interested in it, try smearing on a small amount of peanut butter or honey, or soaking it overnight in water in the refrigerator. Remember, Stagbars are incredibly long-lasting so you may find your dog leaves and goes back to the antler chew many times before it’s finished.

yes not a really economical solution if they only last as long as a bone! Have just managed to persuade Flora to chew hers, they are clearly going to last a very long time in this house if shes the only one who even attempts to chew them!

I've got one for the dogs at work and it's lasting ages (there's 3 of them, 4 some days). Took one to start it before the others were interested but they certainly haven't gone mad for it. They have a good chew here and there but i don't have to take it away from them.

I have found (well my mum has) that the stagbar ones are incredibly soft.

She has one that i gave her which i got at a pet store here and it has stood up to daily chewing for months and months and her stagbar ones which i ordered about a month ago for her is gone already.

Vislak try soaking it in some stock.
