Hi,
I am planning to put my mare to foal next year and I was just wondering what I should be looking for in a Stallion?
She is about 15.2hh but we don't know her breeding. She is very short coupled and has lovely paces but unforunatly can't be ridden and don't know wether she will be able to be. My daughter got on her the other day (leant over her back) and she didn't move but at the moment our plans are to breed from her. She can jump 5ft with no-one on her back, and we are looking for a stallion that could produce an allrounder and one that would compliment her. We have found a couple that we like but as this is our first time not sure wether they are right or not.
What is better AI or Natural?
thanks for any information
