Hey guys,
Some of you may remember that I have had a lot of trouble with my ankle. Am having physio every 4 weeks and stopped jumping when I ride... my instructor has been fabulous and has organised lessons on a schoolmaster in a double bridle- really really enjoyed it.
I've now come to the conclusion that my ankle is going to get no better than it is- it's not very strong but I strap it up pretty well for riding and my boots are really supportive. Got a bit bored now of dressage so am jumping in my next lesson on a week on Monday.
Any tips? I realllly want to get back out ready for XC in the summer, and possibly the odd SJ comp at the local riding club... does anybody have any advice on jumping again after a break?
Thanks, Rach
