Gorringe do them with rubbery dots on seat, or I think there are the Riders ones. Oh and Caldene's Belgrade ones.

Robinsons sell them, got a pair recently about £29 I think,and they do stick,Good luck

Oh crikey, those Gorringe and Riders ones are really sticky, I felt glued to the saddle! The sticky bits do wear off thankfully, they drove me nuts.
I prefer suede seats now!

for safely-sticky (cos you need a bit of movement!) i find that Irideon (my new winter pair are absolutely fantastic) or pikeur or cavallo are fantastic. the stickiest i've found are rts-sportex, which are about £75 a pair, but they squeak slightly against the saddle which is a bit much for some youngsters!
