Does anyone know if I can compete in Dressage with a pink stock. I have looked on the BD website and unless I am blind I can only find reference to jods colour and the fact that you can wear a stock but perhaps I am missing something. So I thought I would ask all of you ? Many thanks

Probably depends on HOW pink! and what shade? Do you have a tweed jacket or black/blue? You are only supposed to have white/cream/pale stock with a black or blue jacket, but coloured stocks are correct with a tweed jacket.

If you have tweed and the colours look Ok together, go for it

OK Thanks - will save it for jumping / hunting days lol - it is not really pale but not bright and my jacket is blue. Just didnt want to look like an idiot and get into trouble before my test even began - got enough other things to worry about lol

Sure you wouldn't get into trouble for it - it is just tradition after all, not 'rules' as such. But you do want to feel comfortable in what you are wearing so it probably does make sense to stick with what everyone else wears
