Not too bad here. Central south. Lurcher was distraught having to wee in the rain! I have a strip of Astro turf by the back door for her but even still!

nothing here in edinburgh bar a little windCurrently getting hammered with the wind. Farans in as he was soaked through earlier. He has no natural shelter in his track so I prefer him in out of storms as his stable is an old byre with foot thick sandstone and lime stone walls.
where its windy but not madly here edinburgh as wellPretty crazy winds and rain here in Edinburgh. Hope the horses are okay.
Same here in Somerset, wet and annoyingly blowy but nothing to worry about, just a miserable day.Windy and wet here in Devon by the coast, but no more so than a regular winter storm. I think it was supposed to be worse further north
Have you tried a hedge? When we lived in a caravan (not a mobile home) we let the field hedge alongside it grow until it was higher than the caravan. Kept us safe even when a tornado went through that took parts of roofs off further downWe're at an elevation of 370m so it gets pretty wild up here. Its all farmland around so no trees to act as a windbreak.
I have attempted to plant trees to provide a windbreak with a 0% success rate so far.
We started planting hedging a dozen or so years agoand now that the neighbours who were poisoning it have moved, it's making a fabulous windbreak for the horses. We've planted some all round the boundary now and they seem to be doing pretty well.Have you tried a hedge?
