what are you doing with your horses tomorrow in light of the heavy rain and high winds? are you keeping in or turning out?
Nugz was brought in last night, and is out today although he did try to take himself back in this morning when he got pelted with driving rain. Got absolutely pi$$ wet through in less than 10 minutes. He's out with a bale of hay and depending on how windy it is, might bring him in as his paddock was heading towards becoming a paddy field.
Getting out of the car was not the easiest already - wind was pushing against the door and I have heavy coupe doors at the best of times. Looked a right muppet![]()
Well it seems mine are the only ones having a duvet day! High winds and rain in the morning are not good for a nutty wb who can injure herself on a flat surface so my 2 stay in (really don't need a Vets bill right now). May get in the field for a couple of hours in the afternoon if it all dies down a bit.
I'm sure you'll all tell me off but it gives me piece of mind I won't find another tendon gone or that she's seriously slipped over (done both before!).
