Hi all,
I was recently told that appaloosa's have very low pain thresholds. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever heard this?
(to put it into context, Fox went lame (in both front feet) a week last Sunday. Had vet out but she couldnt tell what it was, so suggested bute and box rest for a week. Farrier was on holiday but he rang and told me to keep him in until he was back (this Thursday). He is still lame so have organised for both vet and farrier to visit at same time on Thursday. Cant remember which one said it, but one of them did!)
Thanks
