I've noticed over the last few weeks when riding that my left shoulder is tending to sit in front of my right one and that twisting left is more difficult than to the right.
Been wondering why this might be so have been analysing the things I do that might cause this.
This morning whilst working on my PC (laptop) I noticed that my right (mouse hand) is always further back then left hand which I use on the keyboard.
Given that I spend most of my working day like this it makes sense that it would cause my problem.
I have now placed a large strip of tape on my desk behind the mouse to prevent me from taking it futher back than my left hand.
Answering peoples question about why I have this tape on my desk is getting tiresome.
but it might just straighten me out.
