There's a local riding stables near me that have a confirmed case of strangles, they've isolated the horses that have it or have been in contact with the infected, but they're still running riding lessons & not telling clients about the disease, except for a few signs near the isolation area & places to wash your hands & boots.
Is it just me or should they stop riding lessons altogether? I know we have a girl who rides both at this riding stable & at our farm, but luckily I'd told her so she could disinfect her boots, clothes, etc!
