My 10 yr old TB gelding has been back in work for the last 4 months after having the last year off. He's a really lanky 17.2 TB too, so I know he is never going to carry a lot of extra weight, but he is rather skinny at the moment and I'd like him to gain a bit more weight before the winter. His digestion is extremely fast and I was wondering if there are any supplements which would help slow down his digestion encouraging him to absorb more of the nutrients in his food. I've heard Naf Pink Powder is a good conditioning supplement but I'm not sure if it's going to slow anything down. He is currently being fed on Alfa A, Cool Condition Cubes and Bailey's No. 17 Topline (one large scoop of each, AM and PM) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
