Trying to get a 5'0 Rambo Wug for my wimpy pony. Have found a few places but wondered what these people were like as it is free shipping!

Or if anyone knows of good places to buy can you let me know. I am not willing to order online from Heyfarm.

Yes, I've used them many times and have always had a good service from them. When I had to phone them on one occasion, they were extremely helpful and later did what they had promised to do on the phone. They didn't forget! I also returned one item and had a painless experience there, too. No, buy with confidence from them.

I also use Speedgate Saddlery a lot. Link to site
They are another reliable and quick online supplier I'm happy to recommend.

Yep i've used them. Good prices, quick delivery. I was pleased with them and would use again

ETA: I have used Equestrian Clearance before and was pleased with them. Have recently used Country Supplies - delivery wasnt so quick due to them having to order a bridle from Sabre for me but the cheapest prices I could find!

Yep i've had stuff from them and always come very quickly, although saying that don't forget theres a post strike this week which will disturb all deliveries.

My delivery from them came by courier not Royal Mail

I can't comment on shipping as the experience I had was when I sent hubby in to get a rug. It was on his delivery route and was a desperate buy as Ruby had ripped her other rug to bits. They were really helpful and professional towards him and didn't try and rip him off (he couldn't phone me to make sure it was the right one either). He came home with the required spec rug... and had change to spare!

Agree with nokia - check stock before you order. I have only used them once - never again. Items I order were out of stock, no contact from them at all, I had to phone them, for them to tell me they didn't know when items would be in stock again

Had to make lots of phone calls to get any answers, and only got answers when I stamped my feet a little and spoke to one of the supervisors.

I have used equestrian clearance quite a bit and they have always been great - as are Frogpool - very quick service, and they always phone you if anything on your order is out of stock to let you know .

I use them regularly, never had a problem and always fast dispatch. Also staff really know there stuff there. I wanted a specific myler bit and they went out of there way to make sure there was one there to pick up.

I put a note on my order asking them to call me if the items aren't in stock. The first time I ordered something, they called me the same day to say there would be a delay so I could change my order - I opted for a refund as I needed it quickly. Last time I did the same thing but they were in stock so arrived 2 days later.

yes i regularly use themas they are frequently the best in price, however do not back up tnose that say deliver is swift it all depends if they have it in stock if they don't it will not arrive until they do, and they will not tell you there is a delay.

It will evnetually arrive though so I will still continue using them for price resons.

They are rubbish in my experience. Placed a large order (£200+) with them and got things in dribs and drabs and some of it wasn't the same spec as the item ordered but I just couldn't be bothered to return it. I also had to wait 3 months for 2 dressage girths and had to ring them every week to chase.

Recently I tried them again for a supplement and a tail bandage. They lost the order and I had to ring twice before they actually processed it. Then they told me the tail bandage was out of stock and it wasn't worth their while ordering one for me.

Clearly they don't want my money so will be buying elsewhere - would rather pay a couple of pounds more for decent service.
