Hi

Just wondering if Surrey equestrian (online tack shop) are ok? want to order some boots but just need to be sure they're a good company to use - i'm always a bit nervous ordering from the internet when i've never used a company before (the boots are cheapest i've found!) Thank you!
 
I've ordered 2 or 3 times from there and they have always been very good. Quick delivery (although I think slightly overpriced, but then the actual product is much cheaper than anywhere else and it still works out as the cheapest option), good communication.

Yes they are good to deal with, have had stuff sent by mail order with no problems,- and their actual shop is excellent too, can spend hours in there!- if you are within distance of it can definitely recommend a visit!
 
K27 would love to visit the shop, but its just too far, also just got back from your horse live and already spent too much! only buying these boots as i couldnt find any economical leather boots that would fit me at YHL (i have stupidly tiny ankles on long legs!)

Have you done that order yet? I ordered just under £100 worth of stuff from them at the beginning of the month and its still hasn't arrived although I've had a confirmation email to say the order is being packed. I've tried calling but just get a recorded message saying the warehouse opening hours.......

I've called the shop and the person who does the website isn't in today.....

Shame because I've had a good service from them in the past.
 
oh no, have already ordered, hopefully as its only one item i shouldnt have any problems. Fingers crossed its only a one off, and you either get your money back or your items! it does say it can be up to 10 days for the order to be dispatched on my confirmation email...Good Luck!
 
If it is in stock it arrives very quickly however if not then they will hold up the whole order until all is in stock, and not tell you this is the case it just will not arrive straight away.

They will also take payment when you order not when item comes in stock.

The good news is it will arrive eventually.

I still use them as they are ususally one of the cheapest however customer service could certainly be better.
 
I've ordered several times & each time the item has been either out of stock & on one occasion it was discontinued by the manufacturer but they were still advertising it as for sale on their site.
I dislike when people advertise what they haven't got & as a result I don't deal with them anymore.
 
I've had brilliant service from them in the past. I ordered some Stubben NT leathers 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for confirmation of dispatch, although I called on Friday and was told the Stubben delivery was due in today. So fingers crossed the leathers arrive tomorrow or the next day. Meanwhile I ordered a 1.4kg tub of Pink Powders and a new metal curry comb on Tuesday of last week and the parcel arrived via courier on Friday! Sooo, I'm still impressed and happy with them.
