Hi
I took my horse hunting yesterday and thought for his comfort I would treat him to a sheepskin numnah. I'm not sure if this has caused the problem or not but he's been left with 2 sweaty patches, where the seat of the saddle touches his back. They are still wet today (the following day), obviously he's not sweating anywhere else.
He's very sensitive to touch on the patches, although none of the hair has been rubbed away, and it doesnt look sore as in red raw. And there are no lumps or bumps, swelling etc
Anyone any ideas, I've never seen anything like this before
