I picked him up at about 4.30 - so far he has eaten a pigs ear is now half way through a chewy stick and is showing no sign of needing a nap.....
He has a drain in and has to go back on Saturday to have it taken out and then his stitches out a week later. So he is officially confined to barracks in the meantime as he can't even have a collar on due to drain and stitches and definatley no muck heap mountaineering, swimming etc etc
Can't imagine what he will be like after a fortnight of relative inactivity!!
