. Back from the yard - rolling rubber mats from my dirty mare's stable YUCK!!!!!

Hate this moving lark

Ah well. All crossed it will be worth it! More money and further away...

Can't wait 'till we have our own house and land. Daughters are helping finish this place off (eight years of accummulated junk in the cellar!). They've rearranged the diningroom, and one is returning the study to its former glory lol.

Weather here is wet, but not drastic

I have had that trouble with Darcy as far as standing goes, I have to step slightly into his circle to get him to stop but thats probably quite weird

. I'd maybe try walking her in hand and then as you ask her to halt, stay stand or whatever term you want to use in future and see if she can associate it when on the lunge?

And rather you than me Mrs Mozart! Rubber mats drive me mad, and I've only got one that covers the width of my door

At least when you're off and up you can settle for a bit longer and it sounds like a much better place than you're at currently

Our guests have just turned up for the weekend, they have never been before as they live 3 hours away. I wasn't particularly looking forward to it as I had never met them before but they have been here for 10 minutes and I have laughed more then I have all week. Think it may be a good weekend

Ive just got back from horses! Tonight was the first night ive brought the two in together on my own and got them settled - I know that doesnt sound like a big deal but it is to me

Am freezing cold was raining so much - lovely share horse has been kicked so had to hold her while it was sorted. Its quite bad bless her

I'm around but busy cooking my tea and sorting my weekend bag out, decided alcohol free night tonight, got to drive up to see daughter tomorrow and weather isn't looking to great, so will need a clear head

might have a drink sunday night though, or if theres alcohol lurking at your horse even better as I won't be the one driving

Good evening all, well what crap weather up here but i think the rest of the country as got it bad too. I took the chance to do all the neds early and even moved bugs electric fence over by two metres all the way along his paddock and gave his stable a good clean out it was quite nice first thing but by 11 am was dismal, it has not stopped raining for 7 hours up here.
