Hi all!! Busy weekend for me!! Taught on Sat AM then rode Horlicks, went for a hack as it was so hot!!
Sunday went and took a car for test drive, a new Focus ST, and I loved it - Any one want to buy a Subaru Impreza??
Today, another day at work, then home to relax!!
Fihunt - have fun in Rome, you lucky thing!
Samster - Your lucky too, having two days off!!

Better go back to work..... boo hoo!!

well... our little shetland is coming today....! whooppee!!

i'm buying feed this morning (why does everything run out at the same time?) so whilst at tack shop, i might have to buy my son his own little grooming kit... and some cute pony stuff.

oh, and i'm going to try pro feet rock hard stuff by Naf.... if anyone knows how good it is? Raff has quite soft soles and is always getting slightly thrushy frogs, despite good foot care...

im having to type this again due to getting booted off.
sounds like everyone has got a busy day. not alot for me to do due to crap weather.

have phoned vet got appointment for wed couldnt do any earlier.
have also phoned insurance company and they are sending me a claim form.

well my day has started with recue cat going to vets to get dressed. ellie was a little star getting her foot done she just stood there while i repoulticed it. although she did chew my jumper. checked all the other horses now going to see my lad

oh what a day.

spent most of day cleaning greenhouse(yes was really that bad) with OH.

then was in getting tea ready and phone rings, its people to see archie (oh poo) explained hes lame etc, but they were ten mins away so came to see him anyway, and asked me to let them know what comes of vets (i think they are pretty keen) she wants to do abit of riding club with him which i think he'll love so fingers crossed its nothing major on wed.

I'm here!!

I have just ridden the BGL and he was fab

!! Well he was trying to have a tantrum but I made him keep working so we did nearly 30 mins of lovely trot - he was really motoring - it felt lovely!! He wasn't so keen on canter tonight - was throwing his toys out of the pram but we managed some and did a couple of walk to canter transitions. All in all a very good boy especially as they were harvesting the fields nearby so he was trying to keep one eye on the horse eating combines!!

Am just cooking a pizza for my supper......

How was everyone elses day? wonder how f_s is getting on with the ponio??

I have saddler coming tomorrow - fingers crossed she doesn't say the BGL needs a new saddle.....

Yes, the chestnut D_L!!!

Daughter took him for a long hack, past diggers, buses, tractors, motorbike, all sorts, and he was a star!!!

He's done quite a lot of dressage, and does jump, she's over the moon about him!!

No pictures as yet, as the people are on holiday, so we agreed to wait until they're back to have him vetted, then, providing that all goes OK, he'll be coming to us!!! I'll get lots of pictures then!!!

Don't be silly, of course you can change it's name!!!

I did it with my mare, and she's a gem!!

Also my shetland, and the Dartmoor, and they turned out ok!!!

I think it depends on the new name though!!!
