GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning SFA
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha, just weighed myself and I’ve lost 2 ½ stone in 16 weeks, only another ½ a stone to go before I reach my target.
I think the worry of my lesson tomorrow will shift it, gonna get some new jods that fit me especially for it, fed up with these hipsters now!!

I always feel a bit of a fraud on the SFA threads but as I am up and about this time in the morning, I like to be polite!

I have a cracking headache, my own fault, I didn't eat properly over the weekend and now I'm suffering - hope everyone else is feeling fine and has a good day.

Looking forward to riding Ted tonight, we've really turned a corner and hoping to join British Dressage Jan/Feb time to compete! (He already has 93 points but he turned into a bit of a tense stress head hense why it's taken time to get him back to enjoying his work, and i've only had him for 4 months!)

morning everyone...on this drab monday morning...!

I've been up to do Minnie, then took some of her stuff to new yard, so less hassle tomorrow, then have to get myself ready for an interview this afternoon for a horsey job - although no idea what I should wear, smart cas or joddies and leather boots...my half chaps are awful!!

If anyone can help with this...?

Got lady at yard to bring minnie moo in for me later, and she should be having her feet trimmed today also...

I want to straighten my hair but it's raining so will curl again..damn it!!
 
Morning all! Feeling slow and frustrated being back at work after a long weekend off (well, Friday pm plus Sat /Sun!) with lots of riding, so I'm daydreaming about going part-time and having a stable full of horses

skippydo I'd like to know your secret as well please!!!

Well I went to school this morning and only had to teach one pupil, other was ill, so off to the yard I went. Made the most of having had rain and jumped a bit in the paddock with little madam, who was very good. Off to teach at another school in a bit (again only one pupil), then a few at home.

Tonight we're going to see We Will Rock You! :-D I am so hyper about it! I saw it 3 or 4 times when it was in London, but haven't seen it for a few years now.

FOR SALE - big stupid ejit of a ginger ISH - likes to bop owner on head/eye etc causing hospital visit, local anesthetic in eye, prompt fainting and then diagnosis of scrathes on cornea over pupil which is causing blurriness. Generally a nice horse, firm favoutie with Sweet FA'ers but currenlty off my Christmas card list - goes by the name of Paddy!!!!

Anyone - on eye rest today and tomorrow - hope everyne is well. F_S fingers crossed on the vetting!
 
i scratched my eye out hunting dunno how!! had to have drops etc and eyepatch but didnt wear that. not nice feeling constantly feels like summit in there

SV mentioned to me that we should have a Sweet FA Sick Bay thread!!!! AS I am officially in it!!!
Gave up and went to the doctors adn got given some nice strong pain killers as well as Diazepam to stop the muscle spasms!!!! I'm currently floating somewhere about the laptop!!!! Pain killers seem to be working either that or the diazepam has relaxeed the muscles to stop the spasms!!!! Off work, not allowed to drive..... and at the moment feeling like crap!!! Bored Bored Bored!!!!
Hope everyone else is having a good day, apart from SV with her blurred vision and MrsM with her sore head!

Good news first, the pony passed his vetting with flying colours!!! Yipee!!!! and the vet said some really nice things about him, which gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside, but, no one noticed, so not to worry!!!

ldlp111 if i was not happy with doctor i would not hesitate and get second opinion in fact i have done in the past.

F_S glad the pony passed vetting now we do need some pictures as soon as you get him home.

i have not been happy with tobys resperation so phone his vet today outcome is he has to be fasted from 8 pm tonight and his respirations done at 10pm then again at 8am if there is no improvement he needs to go back into hospital and the next stage of test are much more invasive
