Think the alcohol and tablets helped alot yesterday to relax it, it seems fine now, just get a little niggle but not so bad

So I will be able to drive now, was really worried

slinks...feeling a bit easier my muscles are just absolute agony lol and still cant do deep breaths lol. went for my first physio this morning which did help a lot..she sorted my rock solid shoulders out lol and loosened my spine off and has given me some core strength exercises to do on one of those balls so that when i can keep as much strength for riding as possible.....so still very uncomfortale but feeling much much more positive about my recovery.

also had a very long chat with my instructor and she's starting Ted up tomorrow so we now have a training programme in place for him too.....so all in all positive things

Sounds like you still have a way to go Pixxie but you seem to be heading in the right direction. Hopefully you will start to feel better day by day
