Afternoon everyone. Hope your day has been better than ours - weather is pants. Hacked out early (8am) this morning in fab sunshine. We were due to go to dressage at Addington this pm but as we were about to go the heavens opened and it has been blowing fit to bust ever since. So we decided to wimp out - theres always another day.

My fields weren't too muddy today, think the wind has evaporated a lot of the water. although those showers are doing my head in!!

Well what was supposed to be a relaxing day for me turned into a nightmare, been putting loose horse back in their field (not mine), for the dam thing to jump back out twice !!. Owner was at yhl so put it back in the third time and it decided to stay put that time. Went back to check it 2 hours later and she was still there so hope thats where it stays. So now i,m cold and tired , thought the day was going too good. Bugsy as had his 3rd day of treatment for the cushings disease, vet said he may loose his appetite on the medication but is happily munching his bucket still.

I've just taken the dog for a walk in the howling wind and dark , but survived going through the woods without too many tree's landing on me
Didn't have the farrier again today, have to wait until Monday. Oh well, he seems to be getting less footy anyway!
