Evening all.
On the home economics front, I've made two types of preserves...crab apple jelly and plum chutney...a lemon drizzle cake, and some bread. I've sewn a cover for my sofa, been to the local car boot sale and bought a new brass letterbox, a brass door knocker, a nice set of hooks for coats for the the hallway, 24 winter pansies (all planted up now) and a ladle.
Horses...wormed them yesterday, we've had a bad case of ascurus (?) worms, the ones that are prevalent in youngsters, despite routine worming of the herd, I was convinced that my Exmoor youngster was the culprit, as it turns out it was my sharers 6 year old mare.
And...my husband went to a party on Saturday night and hasn't come home yet. It's now about 8.45 on Sunday night.
