Morning all!

Well after the stress of yesterday it's move day. Planning to go up and just tack her up and move her, although may end up boxing her as my sharer is now unable to help this morning. Will then go back when it's a bit quieter and clear out the stable etc.

What are everyone's plans for today?

Will maybe take him for a light hack later for 30 minutes to give w.e he's pulled a bit of a stretch to see if it eases up but only if it stays dry!

Oops missed something what did you do to you arm?

Very grumpy today while I was mucking out a Horse Lorry scraped the side of my vehicle (Isuzu Trooper) Its cosmetic damage to wheel arch and bumper and corner plastic bit has come off. Dont know wether I should claim or what ? I am not good at this stuff. I have all his contact details.

Well I have been and walked the dogs and fed the neds and moved the fence for the BGL so he has some more grass to munch! Am just having brekkie and a cuppa before heading out to tackle the coblets mucky locks and then start a marathon poo picking session - didn't do any last week due to swine flu so am all out of synch!

I woke up the other morning in pain but thought it was just how I laid on it. It has got worse over the couple days, in agony even when I have to lift myself off sofa, a really sharp pain from just near top of arm goes straight down to wrist

Ok - it sounds like you have trapped a nerve or something - what you need to do in the meantime is take ibuprofen - 800mg every 4 hours as it will help with the inflammation around the nerve/muscle which will be why it is hurting so much. Is there an osteopath or chiro you can go and see?
