samstar you might find if you take some painkillers like ibuprofen or even nurofen that it might go as quick as came on, but if continues then go to chiro as slinky suggested.

i had pain all down my leg other day and my chiro told me to take painkillers and that it might go as soon as appeared you might of just slept on it funny

What a shame it didn't work properly

- I did one once and it was a laugh - mind you thinking about it I don't think anyone 'died' we just had all the evidence to look at and work out what had happened. Shame about the food.....

well was abit confusing slinky i thought they were going to act it out then we ate then decided who dunnit etc

but they were all walking round tables acting scenes out so was bit confusing

but then im not the sharpest tool in box

You will be ok if you take them on an empty stomach - it becomes a probelm when you are tasking them all day everyday in huuuuuuuuge doses for arthritis etc but it is the best thing as sometimes all you need is for the inflammation to go down like ldlp says, try it for a couple of days and then consider chiro/osteo. Also try having a soak in a warm bath before bedtime.

Morning everyone!!

I've got teenagers in varying degrees of sickness/sleepyness/hangover states, in the house this morning!!!

The rain is coming down in buckets, I have to go and buy fish!..yes fish (Uggh I don't like fish very much!)

and the hay/straw/haylage is arriving today!!

Other than that, and P_P's Birthday, and trying to sneak in a ride, not much going on then!!!

Oh yes please I have had to move all my soft pastels and other bits and pieces into the house as I am in the middle of a Border Collie and they were getting damp. OH is sailing and will be so pleased to come into a house that looks like a hurricane has been through it.

Morning all I woke up at 8 took some neurofen and cough medicine and then didnt wake up again until 11. still feel crappy. Any ideas what else I take take to help my cough - ive tried every cough medicine under the sun!!

yeah i do think it works, the light blue surrounding the dog really makes him pop and come into the foreground more and the greys in the blue to the outside just gives it all a soft look...i really like it

Pixxie - Wow that was quick, Excited

Just got back from the yard, had a really nice ride with Charlie and Millie (ride and lead). We even managed a gallop up a very steep hill today, wasn't sure if it was a wise idea as thought Millie would get left behind but they were both up for it

Only problem was getting them to walk sensibly back down the hill

Charlie had a few spinning sessions but I managed to get him past the 'oh so scary' things without getting off, Millie doesn't bat an eyelid bless her but gets dragged around a bit when Charlie is having one of his tantrums

My lazy day in front of TV/Fire/Laptop has been canceled as I am going shopping in a bit, not sure if I should be
