It went okay
Loaded like a pro, did his usual "Oh I'll back up a little....pause...now I'll go on " so no running backwards and forwards, no ruined boots (he only had fronts on anyway) and then no totally destroyed tail
We got there in plenty of time and chilled around getting ready and he stood like a saint at the trailer whilst his buddy went off to warm up.
Warmed up nice enough
Test was okaay.. he went off on the wrong diagonal once but corrected it within a stride (
) and then we were off!
But the judge was a little harsh
All my clan said it was the best test we had done but we came out with 58% which isn't really our best score, but hey-ho! Most of the comments were just on his headshaking/inconsistent contact but I think I overdid it a tiny bit on the warm up
Anywho, have been invited to the championships so most pleased

Had to laugh though
There was a creak of light at A in the indoor school and it was so bright it looked like a pole, so we jumped that every time
Woopsie.. Had to keep my leg on quite a lot as we came up to it as he kept trying to duck out of it , so phew
Kevin was a little nervous bless him, but he had some rescue remedy so he survived!
