Morning all very windy today here, son as yet another job interview i,m getting fed up of ironing his best shirt and trousers. Think i will relent and pop snoops a rug on today looks like more wet weather on its way tonight.

I am ill yet again and not happy. Simply cannot afford to miss teaching but cannot teach when I keep needing to run to the loo to be sick. Think an appointment at the Doctor's is in order...

Stuck at work, waiting for the transition and move to begin so I can start my new job... looking forward to it

Morning all. It's really windy here too, but lovely and warm strangely enough. It's supposed to rain again today, at least we shouldn't have the floods we had yesterday.

Another DIYer at my yard has asked if I want to share morning duties with her, which is a lovely thought, but I do all my stable chores in the morning, so think I'm going to suggest I put them out in the morning, as I'm going to that field with Belle anyway, then I can still do my haynets, mucking out etc in morning, then she can catch at night. Means by the time I finish work she'll be in, or coming in as I arrive at the yard so saves me 20-30mins walk to the field and back. Or if she hasn't caught by the time I arrive we can walk down the dark lane together.

I had an interview for the job title I am now and started 7 months ago and having since done numerous other jobs under different job titles - confusing!! But I am finally going to be doing what I was meant to be doing 7 months ago which is getting new commercial business on board!

Oh and heating oil prices have gone up ridculously again!!

ergh, i used to get dragged to family therapy... i hated it - poor your_inner_moppet... have fun

well, windy here, but i'm very tempted to throw caution to the wind (d'ya geddit?) and tack raff up and just get on. i was putting it off until i could get him to a nice safe manege... but, maybe i should be brave and take him for a plod down the road.

on a brighter note.. i've spent the morning in my lorry... my deeeelicious husband reckons he can reorganise the partition wall, and move it forward into the living by 2 feet. meaning raff has more room in the back and more light/windows etc. and also his weight will be further over the axel (axle?). so, that's made me more positive about the stupid lorry.

still need to fix it's engine though...

Diesel is ridiculous... I filled my tank up today and it cost me £60! That'll be gone in 2 weeks!

I'm just about to slit the dogs throats!!!!

The haven't stopped bl**dy barking today, and, it's driving me nuts!!!

I love them really!!

So, the wind here would knock you of your feet, but all horses happy and eating

Kodi and Zantie not sooo much in love, but getting there slowly

They haven't damaged each other anyway, which is the main thing!!

I'm feeling a bit brighter this afternoon, and even had something to eat, so...I must be getting better!!! Hooray!!!

Meanwhile I'm back after not having a good 'un. Got to yard and after starting mucking out someone came up to me and said did I realise I had a flat tyre. Totally flat like a pancake. Frantic call to rescue service (don't do changing tyres I'm too much of a lightweight!), they came 50 mins later, put on spare temporary tyre and off I drove to Kwik Fit in the hope that it could be mended but no just had to be a new tyre didn't it. £60 later and I'm to work an hour late with no breakfast, barely a change of clothes and all stressed! The rest of the day so far has been OK!
